PCS centers are responsible for the grass roots deliveryof services guided by the mission, values and guiding principles of the organization.
Each center is subject to rigorous compliance evaluations and are required to meetor exceed local, state and federal laws and guidelines, as well as corporate goals and standards determined at the beginning of each calendar year.
