The core architecture of the PCS service delivery model is the five tracts. Attention to detail in our core programming is what elevates Person Centered Services above the line of normal expectations.

Dedicated and passionate professionals.

PCS centers are responsible for the grass roots delivery of services guided by the mission, values and guiding principles of the organization. Each center is subject to rigorous compliance evaluations and are required to meet or exceed local, state and federal laws and guidelines, as well as corporate goals and standards determined at the beginning of each calendar year.

Pride in the work is essential to fostering a more energized workplace. When employees feel such energy, they are more likely to want to come to work and do a good job.

The door is always open.

Our programming model works because it starts with individual empowerment. Our service system ensures the rights, dignity and ability of individuals and their families to exercise choice.

More importantly, PCS recognizes each family’s desire to have a center that is local.  Local roots afford individuals an opportunity to contribute to their community and connect closely with not only their peers, but also their friends and other dynamic and influential community members.
